Nji Philemon Ngang is a Cameroonian, born in Kumba, the economic capital of the southwest region of the country. He is the founder and CEO of iMOTIVATE, an organization which seeks to promote human mental capacity development, promote education, learning and peace. Big Phil, as he is most often referred to, is also a life coach and motivational speaker. He speaks at different major events in the country and coaches a cross-section of people ranging from students to men and women of the corporate world. He is a passionate writer and holds a degree in physics from the University of Buea.
